Spiritual mentoring is a process through which you can deepen and enhance the spiritual side of your life, which in turn can improve all areas of living such as relationships, career, and emotional joy. I have forty years of experience in both Western and Eastern spiritual traditions. I would consider it a privilege to be your sounding board and guide, lovingly providing insights, tools, and methods of spiritual growth.
My knowing is that the kingdom of heaven is within, and that it is possible to create a more heavenly earth experience for your self and others through connection with spirit and full grounding, or participation in the earth experience. Being grounded means totally bringing your spirit into your body, suffusing the body with energy and light, allowing the physical and emotional body to speak to you without repression, and fully feeling your connection with the earth, allowing its sacred energy into you - so that you are fully spirit and flesh at the same time.

In mentoring sessions I link with my own guidance, ask to be a vehicle of great wisdom and healing, then fully listen to you, and respond intuitively. I have experience with many tools such as philosophical systems, advanced Hemi Sync techniques, visualizations, affirmations, and countless books. I may suggest these as appropriate. Then we both agree on your signs of success and on the methods to reach these goals. We can develop an individualized course of study with written material support, in topics such as meditation, out-of-body explorations, enhancing guidance, and energy healing. Schedule at your convenience, including evenings. Call for a consultation when you have a concern, need support, or clarity of direction. Sessions can also be ongoing at whatever frequency and depth serves you best.

Spiritual blocks – sometimes we enter the dark night of the soul and hit periods of spiritual dryness or blocks. At those times a sympathetic and knowledge ear can be invaluable to help us learn what is to be learned and move forward again to joy. It may be as simple as understanding that we are not to work on things alone and that by getting support we affirm our connection with others. Or we may need to learn how to melt fear with love. In surrendering, all one really need give up is the illusion of separateness.

Recovering from Formal Religious Training - many of us experienced constricted and fear-based religious upbringing. This can result in deeply ingrained patterns of guilt, negative judgment of self and others, and lack of confidence and deservingness. This constriction needs to be cleared for full joy, lovingness, and abundance to manifest in our lives. Spiritual mentoring is a great way to clear this and move into deep positive spiritual connection.
